PARTIES

Rare Phenomenon and Client (hereinafter “Client”) and WebLab Zero (hereinafter “Provider”), a service provided by Rare Phenomenon.

SERVICES

The Provider agrees to design and host a website for the Client. The Services include:

• Web design and development

• One hour of website updates per month

• On-page SEO

• Domain and content management

• Managed hosting

• Web analytics

• Integration with email marketing

  
  

PAYMENT

The Client agrees to pay for the small hosting fees of the website to ensure the website stays up and running smoothly -- that's it! 😊 While we collect credit card information upfront, the Client will not be charged until the website goes live.

TERM

This Agreement shall be effective as of the date first above written and shall continue in full force and effect for a period of one (1) year. After the one-year term, the Client is free to cancel the contract at any time.

We understand the word 'contract' can sometimes feel intimidating, but we promise it's not as scary as it sounds! This contract is primarily in place to ensure fairness for both parties involved.

Once the initial one-year period is up, you're free to cancel the hosting agreement at any time. So, in essence, the contract is just our way of saying, "Hey, let's commit to a year of growth together." We want to be your partner! 😊

Once you fill out your card information, this signals our agreement.

Includes 3 iterations of website

TERMINATION

After the one-year term, the Client may terminate this Agreement upon providing 30 days written notice to the Provider.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of Delaware.
