How do we collaborate on Webflow projects?
There are 4 ways for adaptable to work on your projects. You own all the projects in the end.

During the risk-free trial period, we will request to build on our account until your plan has been upgraded. Your project manager will advise you on how to start depending on your situation.
How does the turnaround time work?
We work on your projects every business day (Mon-Fri). We don't count hours—we focus on great work delivered on time. Adaptable uses a fixed estimated delivery system that's fast and dependable for all team objectives.
We will begin processing your request as soon as you submit it. If everything looks good, we start building. Anything that needs clarity will be communicated to you. Your delivery will remain on "TBD" for the first 1-4 days depending on the project size. Due to the technical nature of things, we cannot accurately predict a delivery without first spending time working. Things may be more complicated than initial impressions.
What is the lead time to start?
Same-day. When you submit project in our app a project manager will capture it the same day for processing and start.
Requests sent in after 3:00pm PST will be processed the next business day.
Can I get an estimate turnaround for my project before signing up?
We do not give estimates or quotes before signing up and starting a project. Due to the technical nature of things, we cannot accurately predict a delivery without first spending time working. Things may be more complicated than initial impressions.

Do you build using frameworks like "Client-First" or "Wizardry"?
We have our own in-house development standard designed to be performant and easily editable by anyone. New sites will always start with our standard.
+ Naming conventions are a hybrid of layman and technical wording so everyone is on the same page.
+ DOM structures are minimal and lightweight to ensure speed and development organization.
+ Responsiveness is made possible via unit measurements that react beautifully on any screen size and content type.
What if you have an existing Webflow site using "Wizardry" or "Client-First" already?
No problem! We can examine the build and expand it by building new pages, features, or functions. Turnaround time will be slower if your projects use specific development standards and/or frameworks like Client-First or Wizardry.
How does 2sync mode work?
2sync is an add-on to your core plan. 2sync allows you to work on 2 projects in the adaptable app concurrently. Turnaround time for each active project will be normal speed. If you add 2sync to only 1 active project, turnaround time will be slightly faster (up to 50%) since you will have more development resources available.
2sync also doubles your core plan's new page output. For example, if you are on the "Starter" plan and add 2sync, you will have up to "8 new pages/mo" instead of 4/mo.
Do you do Webflow e-commerce?
We do not handle E-commerce setup including adding products, variants, SKU, etc. Adaptable comes into e-commerce development after setup is complete. We will connect the E-commerce backend to the frontend designs and UX your team provides.
What about backend or CMS?
Yes, we handle your CMS setup and architecture! Send us what you need in the CMS and we'll implement it in the simplest and most scalable way.
What if my analytics stack is different?
You can add any stack you'd like. Send us the code and we'll add them to your site. If your tools are not supported by us, you can still use them, but we do not perform work for them.
We currently support: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, & VWO.
Will I or my team be successful?
Our service works with all manager types. If the first delivery isn't what you thought, no worries, you get unlimited revisions until we get it right.
For maximum output and value from our service, our users have a clear sense of the project end goal and can describe it in detail with references. This means you have experience with putting together briefs. Having a basic understanding of web design and related technologies accelerates turnaround speed with better accuracy.
As you pick up using adaptable, your project manager will always be available to coach you and help with best practices for project success. You'll be up to speed and going in no time!
Is adaptable an agency?
No, we are not an agency and we do not operate like one. We offer a self-serve platform experience. Agencies typically have close relationships with their clients and offer the full concierge service including strategy, design, and ongoing meetings/calls.
Going with adaptable is like going straight to the manufacturer. You know exactly what you want and you're looking to get it done. We build quality products on a fixed delivery system that's fast, reliable, and easy to manage. Input your requirements and leave the rest up to us.
